I am a passionate safety, health and wellbeing professional committed to providing effective evidenced-based tailored solutions and supporting organisations in building mentally healthy and safe working environments.

I am also a qualified Life and Wellness Coach, Positive Psychology Practitioner, Lead Auditor and Investigator, Personal Strengths Facilitator and PERMAH Wellbeing Organisational Facilitator.

With over 20 years of experience across multiple industries including construction, aerospace, manufacturing, water and energy utilities, workplace health and safety regulators and Government (local, state, federal).

Having extensive risk, strategy and change management expertise allows me to empower organisations to identify and manage psychosocial hazards and develop evidence-based solutions tailored to specific needs and in alignment with the National Health Commission ‘Mentally Healthy Framework’ and the Code of Practice 'Managing Psychosocial Hazards'.

I have a lot of enthusiasm for life and am always looking for new opportunities to learn and grow. I am flexible and can adapt to new situations and changes quickly and easily. I have a friendly personality and enjoy interacting with others. I am genuine, and people can see that I am authentic and honest.

I look forward to hearing from you. Until then, 'Be You, Live Well & Thrive'
